Landscape II

This is a landscape of a wash out, started plein air and finished in the studio. It's painted loosely with an abstract cast but is true in colour and presentation of the Snowy Monaro plans country.
Lovely colours, blue and sienna with ochre and pink elements.

The painting gently suggests open land and shifting light through soft layers of earth-toned pigment and quiet abstraction. With its warm, grounded palette and minimalist form, "Landscape II" adds calm sophistication to interiors inspired by nature, stillness, and texture.
